Ken has advised on $100+ billion of M&A and financing transactions in Consumer and Technology. As the founder of Hudson Murray, he and his team partner with Sandfox on selected eCommerce transactions. Prior to Hudson Murray, Ken was Head of eCommerce at Guggenheim Securities, and previously a senior banker at Lehman Brothers / Barclays. Ken has a degree from Columbia University in New York.
